Did We Witness Something Huge Today?

Americablog so far seems to be the only place that caught this, but I wonder did we just see John McCain have some sort of medical problem today? Watching the video of John McCain I seriously wonder if he had some type of medical problem while up on the stage, and then he seemed genuinly confused.
