Mr. Irrelevant Urges Congress To Take Action
President Hoover I mean Bush went before cameras this mornin and said he was "disappointed" by the rejection of the $700 billion bailout plan in the House. He urged Congress to take legislative action to save the economy. "We are facing a choice between action and the real prospect of economic hardship for millions of Americans," Bush said. "Our economy is depending on decisive action from the government."
