I had read a story this last summer about how light McCain's campaign schedule was, but I figured that was the summer and in the final stretch John McCain would be pushing hard. Guess that is not the case.
Just a month out from election day John McCain has undertaken an especially lax campaign schedule. Now to be fair, Barak Obama has not been campaigning like Bill Clinton did, and I do wish he would push it a little more, because his already strong advantage might be insurmountable by then. Yet since their respective conventions ended, both candidates have often done only one event a day, leaving the stump by early evening, and McCain has spent most of his weekend time off of the trail and out of the public eye.
Maybe McCain is just tired.
